• What do you want to be when you grow up?
  When I grow up, I want to be a fitness coach and jump rope instructor. I’m good at jumping rope, and I think fitness is important. Jumping rope is good for our health. I want to be fit. I think I can teach other people something I love and that is good for them, and I can get paid and make living doing a job I love, think is important, and is good for other people. I want to be a fitness coach when I grow up.

My role models are my parents. My parents are kind and raise me. My mother is a math teacher. She works inside the house and takes care of our family, and she works outside the house in a career. My father is a network engineer. He works hard to make money for our family. He works long hours. He still finds time to play games with my brother and me. When I grow up I want to be like my parents.

        In my free time, I like to play phone games. When I play games and I complete a challenge, I feel great. Specifically, I like to play Pokemon Go. Pokemon Go isn’t just a sit on the sofa game. Pokemon Go has challenges to go outside and find things. I can play phone games and get exercise. I like to play Pokemon Go in my free time.

• If you could…
  • live in another country….
    If I could live in another country, I would want to live in the United States. I can speak English a little bit. I can’t speak other countries’ languages. I suppose that I could choose other English speaking countries like Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or New Zealand, and those are great countries too. I just feel closer to the USA. I watch some American TV shows and movies and have read so much about American cities and states. In my English classes, we read about Native Americans. I want to see these places, so I want to go to the United States.

    If I could go anywhere in the world on vacation, I would want to go to the Amazon. The Amazon has many animals and plants, and I want to see them. The Amazon is the world’s great rain forest. The Amazon makes air for the world. I read that the Amazon is called “the lungs of the Earth”. I also read that we are losing the Amazon rain forest everyday. I want to see and understand for myself. If I could go anywhere in the world on vacation, I would go to the Amazon.
